Isabel W. Hutchinson, 92, of Clyde

Township, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2009 in Port Huron

Hospital following a short illness.

She was born January 7, 1917 in

Port Huron daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Butler) Wisdom.

She married Wallace M. Hutchinson

on September 17, 1941 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on

May 20, 1984.

Isabel and her late husband

Wallace owned and operated Hutchinson Refrigeration, Wally's

Harley-Davidson and she later worked in the family business Gilbert's

Harley-Davidson as a bookkeeper. She was past treasurer of the

Lapidary Club and member of the Blue Water Art Club. Isabel enjoyed

painting, carving, pottery and was an excellent seamstress. She

treasured riding motorcycle's with her grandson.

She is survived by her daughter,

Joanne G. (Larry) Gilbert of Clyde Twp; daughter, Patti J. (Gary)

Zimmerman of Kimball; son, James W. Hutchinson of San Antonio, TX;

grandson, James L. Gilbert of Burtchville Twp; granddaughter, Tina J.

Zimmerman of Burtchville Twp; grandson, Wallace Matthew Hutchinson of

San Antonio, TX; grandson, Richard J. Hutchinson of San Antonio, TX;

great-granddaughter, Evelyn J. Alcomo of Burtchville Twp;

brother-in-law, Willis S. Hutchinson of Port Huron and several nieces

and nephews.

She was preceded in death by

sister, Marion Klaas and brother, Charles Wisdom.

Funeral services will be 11 am

Thursday in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald R.

Doerzbacher will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery,

Port Huron Twp.

Visiting hours will be 2-4 and 6-9

pm Wednesday and 10am Thursday in the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Matt

Hutchinson, Richard Hutchinson, Todd Duceatt, Serge Simoneau, Richard

Simoneau and Larry Burns.

Memorials in memory of Isabel may

be given to the Blue Water Humane Society.
