Arthur F. Briolat, 62, of Lakeport, died Thursday, February 25, 2016.
He was born June 25, 1953 in Harbor Beach, to the late Frank S. and Orabelle M. Briolat. He married Elaine M. Conely on March 30, 1974 in Lakeport Wesleyan Church.
Mr. Briolat was a 1971 graduate of Port Huron Northern High School. He was previously employed with Dr. Sydney Walker as an orthopedic technician, worked at Briolat Construction in Lakeport and retired from Port Huron Area School District. He was a Burtchville Township Volunteer Fireman.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine M.; his three children, Rena (Gary) Ginther, Steven Briolat and Brenda Briolat; grandchildren, Zac, Katy, Nolan, Emma, Wyatt, Breanna, Becca; brother, Alan (JoAnne) Briolat; brother-in-law, Larry (Sharon) Conely; sister-in-law, Marsha Conely; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visiting will be 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, February, 28, 2016 and from 10 a.m. until service time on Monday in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, February 29, 2016, in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. Pastor Drew Mills of Lakeport Wesleyan Church will officiate.
Burial will be in Burtchville Township Cemetery.
