Heather BriAnn Walker, 36, of Grant Township, died Wednesday, July 27, 2016 in East China Twp.
She was born December 3, 1979 in Manchester, TN.
She was a graduate of L’Anse Creuse High School in Macomb and had attended Ross Medical School.
Heather enjoyed gardening, playing softball and most of all she loved her children very much.
She is survived by her three children, Shaun Hunt, Amaya Polucky and Khloe Polucky; her mother, Joann Walker; sisters, Missy Rogers, Jennifer Raska and Jaime King; grandmother, Sarah Bridges; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Walker.
Private family services will take place in Tennessee.
Cremation arrangements by Karrer-Simson Funeral Home.
