Michael Stalker

June 1st, 1946 to March 13th, 2010






Michael James Stalker, born June 1 st 1946, lost his battle with cancer March 13, 2010. Mike worked for Mueller Brass for 17 years before becoming employed by General Motors as a millwright. He transferred to GM Allison Transmission, Indianapolis, IN in 1990, where he has resided since.

Mike enjoyed shooting pool, dancing, watching football, gambling, watching movies and spending time with friends and family.

He is survived by his daughters Tammy McKague, Sherry McKenzie, Michelle Stalker and his son Michael James Stalker II all of Port Huron, MI; Brothers Gary Stalker (Pontiac, MI), Patrick Ultsch (Marietta,GA) , William Ultsch (Blanchard, MI), Clayton Ultsch (Port Huron, MI); Sisters Lori Isaac (Port Huron, MI) and Debra Ultsch (Marietta, Ga); 7 grandchildren, Jason, Cassie, Timmy, Heather, JT, Dylan and David and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his brother Terry Stalker, brother Stafford Ultsch, his mother Violet Faye Martinez and father Charles Stalker.

Mike had an extended family, in Indianapolis, where he has lived with his significant other, Janet Justice, for the last 14 years. He will be sadly missed by many including Janets son Christopher Justice, daughter Maria Marlin, Marias children, Anna, Cassie, Rachel and James. Alma and Fred Beal, Janets mom and step father, Rita VanCleeve-sister, Alex Crist-brother, Arleen Lovins-sister and John Crist-brother. He is also survived by his loving pet Peppy.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
