Robert Samuel Jenks Kimball - Robert Samuel Jenks, 37, died Thursday, February 14, 2008, following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born August 12, 1970 in Port Huron. Robert worked at the Marysville Meijers. He was an avid Red Wings and Tigers fan. He also enjoyed camping. He is survived by his father, William (Susan) Jenks; mother, Sally Schuhmacher (Eugene Phillips); wife, Jen Jenks; brothers, Tim (Sarah) and Ray Jenks; sister, Jessica (Harlen) Williams; 2 nieces, 3 nephews and several cousins; uncle, William Perry; mother-in-law & father-in law, Marty and Steve Snuggs; step-father, Bill Schuhmacher; very close friends, Lisa Scanscella & Kevin Shovan and her children, Dan Scanscella, Bob & Kathy Hyslop and Tony Hyslop. Robert was preceded in death by his aunt, Lois Perry and his grandfather, Charles R. Jenks. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. A trust fund in Robert's name has been established through E & A Credit Union.
