Fran, Wally and I are so very sorry for your loss. Frank will be missed alot by many, many people. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers and thoughts at this difficult time in your life journey.

Frank was so generous with his time in helping the community. He led by example; always being there to run the radio nets, willing to help the county plan for communications during an emergency.

He was a resource that we counted on. When there was a Skywarn warning, we knew that Frank would be our first alert of dangerous weather conditions, well ahead of the radio and TV stations.

Frank is one of those heroes who are there when you are in need.

And his wonderful sense of humor brought us many smiles.

I miss him very much.

Beth, I was sorry to read in the Times Herald of the passing of your father. I can't remember if you were the only Warsalla I had in band or not---but I want you to know that you are in my prayers and thought at this difficult time.
