We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Alan Wolfelt has accepted our invitation to return to Port Huron in 2024!

Dr. Alan Wolfelt has been recognized as one of North America’s leading death educators and grief counselors. His books have sold more than a million copies worldwide and have been translated into many languages. He is known around the world for his compassionate messages of hope and healing as well as his companioning philosophy of grief care. Dr. Wolfelt speaks on grief-related topics, offers trainings for caregivers, and has written many bestselling books and other resources on grief for both caregivers and grieving people.

Two Events

Evening Program for Everyone - He will speak to the public, including those personally dealing with grief and loss, on October 15, 2024 at Port Huron Northern Performing Arts Center from 6 to 8 p.m. This event is free of charge, registration is not required.

One-Day Seminar for Professionals - He will present an all-day seminar for nurses, hospice personnel, clergy, counselors and all caregivers on October 16, 2024 at Alexander's Premier Banquet Facility in Marysville from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Breakfast and Lunch will be served.
