Robert F. Wasylk,55, of Port Huron,

died Saturday, December 13, 2008 in his home following a courageous

battle with cancer.

He was born July 20, 1953 in Port

Huron, and has lived here all of his life.

Robert married Kathy A. Tyler on

August 14, 1971 in Port Huron.

He was a a 1971 graduate of Port

Huron Northern High School and had worked at Mueller Brass for 33

years. He loved and enjoyed decorating his house for the Christmas

Holidays.

Robert is survived by his wife of

37 years Kathy A..Wasylk of Port Huron; son, Robert (Kao) Wasylk of

Port Huron; son, David Wasylk of Port Huron; grandchildren, Kayla,

Jeremy and Trent; sister, Mary Lou (Roy) Malinowski of Oscoda;

brother, Richard Wasylk of Colorado Springs, CO and sister, Bonnie

(Mike) McKay of Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his

parents, Harry R. and Elvina V. Wasylk and sister, Carol Burkett.

Visitation will be 2 - 4 and 7

9 pm Monday in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at

10:00 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. The Rev. Max Amstutz will

officiate.

Memorials in memory of Robert may

be given to Blue Water Hospice.
