Elsie Kramer

Elsie L. Kramer, 81, died

Friday, December 19, 2008 at home surrounded by her children and

grandchildren.

She was born May 1, 1927

in Detroit to the late Albert C. Bauer and Elsie Margaret Violet

(Thomas) Bauer. She married Albert P. Kramer on May 11, 1955 in

Angola, Indiana. He died March 1, 2008.

While living in Detroit,

she worked for J. L. Hudson and also for Dodge. She later worked for

Michigan Bell Telephone in Port Huron and retired from P. J. Wallbank

Springs.

Elsie truly enjoyed

spending time with all of her family.

She is survived by her

son, Gary A. Kramer of Port Huron; daughters, LouAnn L. Kramer of

Port Huron; Linda E. (Matthew) Arnold of Bryan, Ohio; grandchildren,

Anthony Kramer, Andrea and Sarah Gliniecki, Heidi Keller, Adam and

Jessica Rumenapp-Kramer; great-granddaughters, Kaylyn Kramer and

Hanna Hammon; brothers, Lawrence, Albert and Jim; sisters, Letty and

Virginia.

She was preceded in death

by her granddaughter, Tara Arnold; brothers, Tom, Donald and Carl and

her sister, Betty.

Funeral services will be

12 noon at Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. The Rev. Max Amstutz will

officiate. Burial will follow in Burtchville Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be 10

a.m. until 12 noon Tuesday.
