William C. Minnich, 62, of Sandusky, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015.
He was born August 6, 1952 in St, Clair, Michigan.
Billy enjoyed gardening, loved dogs and socializing with his family and friends.
He is survived by his sisters, Loretta J. Bell of Dearborn and Kathy A. Minnich of Ruby; niece, Karen VanderBee (Steven Plant) of Sterling Heights; great niece, Chloe VanderBee; great nephews, Sam VanderBee and Alex Heleski; aunts, Dorothy Gromeaux of Monroeville, IN, Patty (Ron) Tricarico of Dayton, OH and many cousins; and nephew-in-law, Steve Heleski of Madison Heights. He is also survived by his extended family the Joe Lambson family of Sandusky who’s love and dedicated care Billy received during the last and best 15 years of his life.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred L. Minnich, brother, Eugene Minnich and niece, Jan Bell Heleski.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2015 in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. Deacon Dennis Crimmins of Holy Trinity Parish will officiate.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be 12 noon Friday until the time of service.
Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
