Leone E. Lee

Swackhamar-Parniske, 86, died Monday, March 30, 2009 in Port Huron

Hospital following a short illness.

She was born December 29, 1922 in

Port Austin, MI daughter of the late Charles and Sarah Swackhamar.

Leone married Gilbert J. Parniske

on October 21, 1967 in Midland, MI. He preceded her in death on

October 17, 1999.

She retired from St. Clair County

Community College and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in

Port Huron.

Leone is survived by many loving

family members.

Funeral services will be 11 am

Thursday in St. Mary's Catholic Church. The Rev. Simeon T. Iber will

officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Visitation will be 9am until

service time Thursday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may

be given to Blue Water Hospice or St. Mary's Catholic Church, Port

Huron.
