Kathleen C Doelle

Kathleen Clare (KC) Doelle, nee Denton, 76, of Port Huron, died Saturday, May 14, 2016.

She was born December 17, 1939 in Detroit to the late Pauline Denton.

KC grew up and Detroit and Kingston, New York, later settling in Port Huron.

She was a graduate of Newton College of the Sacred Heart and earned her MBA from the University of Detroit. She worked for many years in the banking and healthcare industries, retiring from Cotterman Industries in Croswell.

Ms. Doelle was active in the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Mid City Nutrition and Pax Christi.

She is survived by two sisters, Mary Do (Cyril) DeMeulemeester of Bloomfield Hills and Colleen (Coco) Taylor of Harrison Township; three brothers, Phil (Nancy) Denton of Oxford, Mike (Mary Patrick) Denton of St. Clair Shores and Pat (Patricia) Denton of Rochester Hills; many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins; aunts, Agnes Van Antwerp and Dacia Van Antwerp; uncles, George (Mary Lou) Van Antwerp and Dan (Cecelia) Van Antwerp; and loving companion, Paul Marengo. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Michael Doelle.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in Holy Trinity Parish - St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Reverend Salvatore Palazzolo will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
