John D Mills

John Duncan Mills, 82, of Burtchville, died Sunday, June 12, 2016.

He was born April 5, 1934 in Daytona Beach, FL. He married Jo Ann G. Gilmer on March 12, 1955 in Pontiac, MI.

John was a member of St. Edward on-the-Lake Catholic Church and loved to sing at various nursing homes in the area.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann G.: two sons, Jonathan (Tina) Mills and Duncan (Colleen) Mills; and 9 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Geoffrey D. Mills, D.O., three sisters and one brother.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, June 17. 2016 in St. Edward on-the-Lake Catholic Church. The Reverend Lee Acervo will officiated.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
