Irving Johns

Irving Patrick Johns, 70, of Port Huron, died Wednesday, March 14, 2017.

He was born November 15, 1946, in Marine City to the late Irving J. and Eleanor M. Johns.

Irving was employed at the Big Boy Restaurant in Marysville for many years. He enjoyed classic and antique cars and old country western music.

He was known for his great sense of humor.

He is survived by his three sons, Christopher, Patrick and Jimmy Johns; ten grandchildren; his loving companion, Anita Dake; her daughter, Lisa (Brian) Renno; five siblings, Arlene (William) Olney, Michael (Billie) Johns, Christine (Bob) Peat, Kathy (Gary) Miller and Mary (Jerry) Adkins. He was preceded in death by his brother Edward and Robert Johns.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Lakeshore Presbyterian Church, with visitation from noon until the time of service. Pastor Bill Davis of Lakeshore Presbyterian Church will officiate.
