Margaret McCabe

Margaret R. McCabe, 91, died Thursday, July 15, 2010 in St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.

She was born November 17, 1918 in Port Huron Township and was a lifelong area resident. She married John Myles McCabe on February 22, 1941. He preceded her in death on September 3, 2003.

She is survived by her son Walter (Pat) McCabe of Clyde, daughters, Susan (Bob) Hoffman and Jill (Bob) Prause, both of Marysville, sons Michael (Carol) McCabe of Ft. Gratiot and Edward (Vicki) McCabe of Marysville; 21 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; brothers James (Elaine) McPhee of Houston, TX and Jack McPhee of Saginaw and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents Agnes and Basil McPhee; sister Fran Murray and her grandson Matthew Clough.

Private family services will be held at a later time.
