Billings, MT- Stephanie Zotter Hoffman, 89, died October 30, 2010 peacefully in her sleep.
She was born October 4, 1921 to the late Joseph and Stephanie (Kern) Zotter.
Stephanie attended St. Joseph's Grade School and graduated from St. Stephens High School. Stephanie worked as an executive secretary in the Port Huron area for many years. She married Walton Norton in 1970 who preceded her in death in 1988. She married Burt Hoffman in 1990, and celebrated their 20 year anniversary this year. She has spent the last 20 years in Billings, Montana.
She is survived by her husband, Burt Hoffman; three step-children, Kay, Brad and Eric all of Montana. Her two sisters, Pauline Zotter Steinborn and Virginia Zotter (Ted) Harvey and many nieces and nephews. Stephanie will be remembered for her caring and generous heart and will be sadly missed by us all. Heaven is a much brighter place with her there.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Zotter and brother-in-law, Jack Steinborn.
Mass of Resurrection will be 10am Monday in St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Rev. Brian K. Cokonougher will officiate. Inurnment of cremains will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery Columbarium..
Visitation will be 9:30am until service time Monday at the church.
