Donna C. Lynch, 81, of Vassar formerly of Port Huron, died February 27, 2011 in Frankenmuth.
She was born February 1, 1930 in Flint..
She married Daniel J. Lynch on June 6, 1953. He preceded her in death on September 6, 2003.
Donna was a 1948 graduate of Port Huron High School. She enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time and living in the cottage on the lake in Lake City, Michigan.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary K. (Terry) Sowers of Vassar; son, William D. (Carin) Lynch of Traverse City; grandchildren, David, Craig, Thomas, Trever, Daniel and four sisters.
She was preceded in death by one sister.
Funeral services will be 11:30am Wednesday in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. The Rev. Brian K. Cokonougher will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Visiting hours are 2-4 & 6-8 pm Tuesday and 11am until service time Wednesday in the funeral home.
Memorials in memory of Donna may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
