Scott Westphal

Scott David Westphal, 52, of Port Huron, died unexpectedly Friday, September 18, 2020.

He was born January 30, 1968 in Port Huron to the late Larry and Sharlene Westphal Sr. He married Michelle Lynn Snyder on June 14, 1997 in Port Huron. She preceded him in death on April 26, 2008.

Scott was a 1987 graduate of Port Huron Northern High School. He was employed at the Liquor Locker and formerly worked at Mueller Brass Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, baseball and most of all, spending time with his family.

He is survived by three children, Caitlyn Snyder, Ellie Westphal and Scotty Westphal; four grandchildren, Aden Walker, Liam Walker, Jaylen Walker and Hope Michelle Mendoza; four siblings, Larry (Dana) Westphal, Maryann (Jeff) Kiger, Steve (Amy) O’Mara and Michael Westphal; stepmother, Barbara Westphal; special extended family, Patricia and Dennis Barr; special friend Jamil Chehab; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Private family inurnment will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
