Shawn P. Grace, 44, of Clinton Township, passed away unexpectedly.
He was born May 25, 1977 in Port Huron, the beloved son of Margaret Langolf and the late Patrick J. Grace Jr.
Shawn had an infectious smile that lit up a room. He was a fun-loving, warm and caring person, loved by so many, especially his mother.
He graduated from Marysville High School, Michigan State University with a BA in finance and from Saginaw Valley State University with a degree in education. He worked in finance, business and education and was an entrepreneur. He enjoyed watching and playing sports and playing euchre with family and friends. He was an enthusiastic biker, exploring many trails in the area.
Shawn will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Margaret; sister, Colleen (Luke) Stewart; stepfather, Alan Langolf; stepbrother, Brett (Katie) Langolf; stepsister, Dana (Jay) Graham; several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces; and so many friends who loved him and will miss him tremendously.
Our hearts are broken by his loss.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021 in the Marysville Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2021 in St. Christopher Catholic Church, Marysville, with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend James Arwady and the Reverend Art Baranowski will officiate
