Gayle Glombowski

Gayle Lynn Glombowski, 59, of Clyde Township, died unexpectedly Sunday, October 10, 2021.

She was born March 18, 1962 in Detroit to Robert and Sally Gordon. She married Martin J. Glombowski on August 23, 1986 in St. Edward on the Lake Catholic Church.

Gayle was a 1980 graduate of Port Huron Central High School. She retired from AT&T after 30 years. She loved gardening, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her children.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Martin; children, Megan (Patrick) DeStefanis and Joshua Glombowski; grandchildren, Natalie and Patrick III DeStefanis; parents, Robert and Sally Gordon; sisters, Cheryl Ollila (Terry Lee), Lynn (Jim) LaMothe and Tracy (Billy) Slobin; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters-in-law, Julie Glombowski and Maxine Glombowski.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, October 17, 2021 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.
