Michael F Green

Michael Frederick Green, 63, of Marysville, died Thursday, December 18, 2025.

He was born October 21, 1962 in Port Huron to Patricia and the late Frederick “Bud” Green. He married Ann Marie Cleaver on September 12, 1987 in St. Christopher Catholic Church. She preceded him in death on February 20, 2019.

Michael was a 1981 graduate of Marysville High School and went on to serve in the U.S. Air Force. He later worked as a machinist for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman and “gardener”, enjoyed fishing and was a sports enthusiast, especially the Detroit Lions. He was “Bucka” to his grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Allyson (Walter) Green-Bayne and Lindsey Green (Robert Dawson III); grandchildren, Arloh and Annie; mother, Patricia Green; siblings, Mark (Vickie) Green, Tricia (Karl) Boehm and Thomas (Kathy) Green; and several beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, December 28, 2025 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 29, 2025 in Holy Trinity Parish St. Stephen Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend Bradley Forintos will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
