Deborah Sue Emlaw, 61, of Port Huron Township, died Thursday, August 29, 2013 in her home.
She was born December 21, 1951 in Port Huron. She married Patrick J. Emlaw on May 23, 1993 in Port Huron.
Deborah was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Loyal Order of the Moose. She also enjoyed bowling and playing horseshoes.
She is survived by husband Patrick J. Emlaw of Port Huron; two daughters, Nicole Emlaw and Kelly (Michael) Richards, both of Las Vegas, NV; two grandsons, Aiden and Evan Richards; mother, Alice Badley of Port Huron; a brother, Randall (Gail) Badley of Welllston, MI; a sister, Shari (Daniel) Matheny of Crystal Lake, IL; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Everen “Wimp” Badley.
A Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 31, 2013 in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. Pastor Rich Reinhart of Wadhams Baptist Church will officiate.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Humane Society.
