Luanne M. Conlan, 61, of Port Huron, died Sunday, September 22, 2013 in Port Huron, after a long illness..
She was born May 3, 1952 in Port Huron.
Luanne was employed at Port Huron Hospital for 28 years. She loved spending time with her family and going to sporting events.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas G. Conlan; two daughters, Katie (Shane) Tallmadge and Megan (Brian) Maness; a son, Sean (Sharla) Conlan; five grandchildren; her mother, Dickee DeSimone; two brothers, David (Lynne) Dear and Robert Roth; two sisters, Charlotte Gillespie and Helen Fowler; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Erin Conlan.
A celebration of her life and the life of her mother Dickee K. DeSimone will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2013 in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. The Reverend Zbigniew Zomerfeld and Pastor Dan Bakay will officiate.
Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. in the funeral home.
