Harrison I Robbins

May 4th, 1933 to April 1st, 2012

Bob Robbins

Port Huron Township - Harrison Ivan Robbins (Bob, PER), 78, passed away on April 1, 2012.

He was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 4, 1933. Bob married the love of his life, Joyce, on December 6, 1952. Joyce passed away on November 17, 2009, but now Joyce and Bob have been happily reunited and are looking over all of us from above.

Bob was a hard-working, dedicated family man with an unmatched drive for success. He spent his life providing for his family, making those around him laugh, and taking care of those in need. Bob was the type of man that you could count on if you ever had a problem or just needed someone to talk to.

Bob spent many years working as an Engineer for Chrysler during the day, and at night he was an avid member of the Elks Lodge #343 in Port Huron. He enjoyed many past times which included golf, boxing, camping, gardening, painting and drinking a nice Manhattan poured from a generous bartender with his best friend John.

Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his children, Jack Robbins (Sharon), Deborah Badger (John), Rob Robbins, Rick Robbins (Joyce), Ann Parmann (Ron), Wayne Robbins (Melissa); 10 grandchildren, Jenifer Robinson, Renee Dueweke, Dawn Higgins, Heather Stein, Amy Long, Britni Robbins, Shannon Robbins, Nathan Parmann, Nicole Parmann, and Hunter Robbins and 10 great-grandchildren.

Bob is proceded in death by his wife Joyce and grandson Chad Robbins. We all love you pops, say “HI” to mom for us! We miss you both dearly!
