Barbara J. Crowe, 79, went to be with

her husband Jack on the anniversary of his birth, December 6, 2008.

She was born September 11, 1929 in

Port Huron. She married Jack E. Crowe on October 21, 1961 in Port

Huron. He died February 23, 1985.

Barbara was a lifelong member of St.

Paul's Lutheran Church. She worked at the church for 37 years. She

enjoyed spending time with her family and also enjoyed her weekly

game of bridge.

She is survived by her daughter, Ann

Marie (Tom) Konik; son, Matthew (Nancy) Crowe; grandchildren, Jamie,

Brooke, Jessica, Tyler and Jacob; sisters, Isabelle Toles and Betty

Burgess and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her

sister, Lillian Thornton.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m.

Tuesday at Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. The Rev. Gordon Peterson,

Pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be

in Lakeside Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be 4 8 p.m.

Monday and 9 a.m. until the service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
