Dennis P. Gustin, 66, of Port Huron,

died Wednesday, December 24, 2008 in his home following a long

illness.

He was born May 19, 1942 in

Centralia, WA and has lived here most of his life.

Dennis married Susan L. Carpo on

August 16, 1974 in Port Huron.

He was a carpenter by trade and a

member of Carpenters Local #1067 since 1971. He enjoyed hunting,

fishing and spending time with his grandchildren who he loved very

much.

Dennis is survived by his wife,

Susan L. Gustin of Port Huron; daughter, Samantha (Jeff) Mugridge of

Port Huron; son and daughter, Bryan and Brenda of Tampa, FL;

grandsons, Zackary, Andrew and Lukas Mugridge; brother, Ron Gustin,

of Oklahoma; special angel, Hannah Duncan of Port Huron;

mother-in-law, Rose Carpo of Port Huron; brother-in-law, Neil

(Brenda) Carpo of Port Huron; brother-in-law, Paul (Luann) Carpo of

Port Huron; sister-in-law, Jane (Ron) Hustek of Port Huron and

several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his

son, Dennis J. D.J. Gustin; parents, Palmer and Helen Gustin

and father-in-law, Neil Carpo.

Visitation will be 3-9 pm. Friday

in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home and 9:30 am. Saturday at the

church.

Memorial services will be 10:00

am. Saturday, in St. Stephen Catholic Church. The Rev. Brian K.

Cokonougher, Pastor will officiate.

Memorials in memory of Dennis may

be given to the Wishes Of The Family.
