Betty D DeRush

Betty D. DeRush, 89, of Port Huron Township, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in her home.

She was born January 14, 1927 in Port Huron to the late Herb and Clara Campbell. Betty married Raymond V. DeRush on October 17, 1959. He preceded her in death on April 6, 1990.

Betty was employed at K-Mart for over 20 years, from where she retired. She enjoyed playing euchre but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her two children, Karen S. Streeter and Thomas P. DeRush; grandchildren, Terry Streeter, Tanya Streeter, Crystal DeRush, Jennifer DeRush, and Haley DeRush; great granddaughter, Skyler Marie Streeter-Fye.

She was preceded in death by her son, Raymond C. DeRush; daughter, Linda K. Streeter; brother, William H. Campbell.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home with visiting from 11 a.m. until the service time. The Rev. Max Amstutz will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
