Jean M Ropposch

Jean Martha Ropposch, 64, of St. Clair, died Thursday, December 29, 2016.

She was born July 3, 1952, in Detroit to the late Frank L. and Edwinna A. Ropposch.

Jean was a 1970 graduate of Port Huron Catholic High School and received her R.N. degree from Madonna University. She was employed at Oakwood Hospital, Dearborn for 30 years. She loved making jewelry, researching genealogy and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her siblings, Frank Ropposch, Jeff (Teresa) Ropposch, Lois (Rick) DeNardin, Jane (David) Dusellier and Ann Ropposch; four nieces, Jennifer (Dennis) Gellasch, Katie (Jeff) Genaw, Stefanie DeNardin and Nicole (Joseph) Wood; two nephews, Christoper (Erin) Ropposch and Luke Dusellier; seven great nieces and great nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 5, 2017, in Holy Trinity Parish - St. Stephen Catholic Church with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service. The Reverend Jeffrey Allan will officiate.

Inurnment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association or the charity of the donor’s choice.
