Donald B Evans
Donald Bruce Evans, 57, of Clyde, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 11, 2017.
He was born July 13, 1959, in Port Huron, to the late Lawrence and Evelyn Evans. He married Pamela Sue Merrill on August 31, 2013 in Colonial Woods Missionary Church.
Donald was employed at the Mueller Brass Company for over 30 years.
He was a life member of the Wolverine Harley-Davidson Chapter in Clinton Township. He loved old cars, body building, hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela; their children, Ryan (Lisa) Evans of Kimball, Tyler Evans of Kimball, Robert (Rebecca) Heberling, and Raymond Heberling; his four grandchildren, Caiden, Kallie, Charlotte and Robbie; his siblings, Mary Hurst, Lawrence “Harold” (Ruby) Evans, and Robert Evans; his sister-in-law, Kathy Evans; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Evans.
Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2017, in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 16, 2017, in Colonial Woods Missionary Church, with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service. The Rev. Ann Harrington will officiate.
Burial will be in the Ruby Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Colonial Woods Missionary Church, Grace Hospice or the Henry Ford Hermelin Brain Tumor Center.
