Sandra J Fields

Sandra Jane Fields, 77, of Port Huron, died Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

She was born September 11, 1940 in Port Huron to the late Charles and Sarah Roelens. She married Samuel L. Fields, he preceded her in death on May 16, 1996.

Sandra was employed at CVS and Volmer’s Pharmacy prior to her retirement. She enjoyed playing bingo and walking her dog. She was a member for the Fraternal Order of Eagles Women’s Auxiliary #3702 and was a former member of the Ruby Red Hat Society.

She is survived by four children, Samuel L. (Leeann) Fields Jr, Jeffrey A. (Ann) Fields, James M. (Kathy) Fields and Christopher M. Fields; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Charles Roelens and Robert (Brenda) Roelens; and two sisters, Mary Ready and Hazel (Craig) Clark; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Roelens; and her grandson, Cory Fields.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 2018 in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home with visitation from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Deacon Dennis Crimmins will officiate.
