Michael F Kiernan

Michael Francis “Mickey” Kiernan, 80, of Davison, died Friday January 4, 2019 in Lapeer, MI.

He was born in Port Huron on February 14, 1938 to the late Leo and Frances Kiernan.

He graduated from St. Stephen High School in 1955 before serving in the United States Air Force. He later worked for General Motors in Flint, MI for 20 years.

Mickey was an avid sports fan who especially loved Notre Dame football and basketball.

He is survived by two children, Kathleen Allen (Jim) of Hobe Sound, FL and Michael Kiernan of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Chelsea and Dylan; sisters, Patricia (Bud) Green of Marysville, Mara Lee (Matt) Chapie of Grand Blanc, and Kathleen Kiernan of Lake Orion; and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 11 a.m. in Holy Trinity Parish - St. Stephen Church, Port Huron. With visiting beginning at 10 a.m. The Reverend Joseph Gagnon will officiate.
