Ronald Laurain

Ronald Michael Laurain, 54, of Jeddo, died Saturday, April 6, 2019.

He was born August 27, 1964 in Detroit. He married Barbara Fairbanks on August 18, 1986 in Rochester.

Ronald was a 1983 graduate of Romeo High School. He enjoyed fishing, sailing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Barbara; five children, Douglas, Nicholas, Michael (Ashley), Krystal, and Sebrina Laurain; seven grandchildren, Austin, Michael, Brayden, Elijah, Connor, Lincoln, and Makayla; parents, Ronald and Barbara Laurain; brother, Chris Laurain; sister Kim (Bill) Creed; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his loving canine companion, Rusty. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harry and Eleanor Wilcynski; and his aunt Wanda Wilcynski.

A memorial visitation will be held 2-8 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.
