Susan Boughner

Susan Mary Boughner, 69, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

She was born November 2, 1949 in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada to the late Richard and Ann Seefried.

Susan was a 1967 graduate of Port Huron Catholic High School. She owned and operated Kiddie Kastle daycare for 30 years. She loved attending St. Mary Catholic Church, where she taught Catechism for about 20 years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Dyer; a son, David Boughner; grandchildren John Dyer, Amber Carrier, Lindsay Dyer, Faith Dyer, Keith Boughner, Christopher Dyer, Mallory Boughner, and Noah Dyer; great grandchildren Aliyah, Jayse, James, Kartir; a brother, Richard (Julie) Seefried Jr; a sister, Judy Dalton; several nieces and nephews; a special cousin, Debbie Urban; and a life-long friend, Barb Britz. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sally Dubay.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2019 in St. Mary Catholic Church, Port Huron.
