Mrs. Loretta Mae Thrushman

Loretta M. Thrushman, 63, of Port Huron died Sunday, August 28, 2011 in Mercy Hospital surrounded by her family.
She was born February 24, 1948 in Port Huron. She lived in Florida from 1982 to 2008.
Loretta was a 1967 graduate of Port Huron Northern High School. She loved to sing and was involved in choirs throughout her life. She also loved gardening and her flowers. She was a member of the Port Huron Yacht Club, loved sailing and spending time time with her children.
She is survived by her son Mark (Grace Cates) Thrushman of FL; daughter Stacie (Eric) Atria of FL; sisters Margaret E. Shaw of Port Huron, Phyllis Thrall of Chesterfield, Ruthann Course of Port Huron, Linda Wallisch of Port Huron; many nieces and nephews; and a special cousin Fred (April) Shaw of Port Huron.
She is preceded in death by her parents Delbert and Margaret Shaw, sisters Sandra Shaw, Mary Joanne Green, brother Delbert Shaw Jr., and her beloved dog Jester.
Memorial services will be 11am Wednesday in the Port Huron Yacht Club upper floor. Pastor Al White will officiate
