Marianne C Ballor

Marianne Cecilia Ballor, 79, of Fort Gratiot, went home to her heavenly father on Friday, December 25, 2020.

She was born June 14, 1941 in Detroit to the late Leo and Cecilia Priemer. She married Robert Ballor on October 27, 1962 in St. Veronica Church, East Detroit. He preceded her in death on April 4, 2008 after 45 years of marriage.

Marianne was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She loved her family, friends, cooking and nature. She was selfless and giving and had a heart of gold.

She devoted her life to her family, who will miss her dearly. She leaves behind her daughters, Michelle (Shawn) Kilbourne and Karen (Ty) McNabb; grandchildren, Michael, Christopher (Courtney) and Kathryn Foucha and Camden McNabb; great granddaughter, Eliza Foucha; and siblings, Leo, Carl and Marie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; brother, Paul; and parents, Leo and Cecilia.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, due to Covid-19 restrictions.
