Edward Trudell

Edward Lawrence Trudell, 81, of Fort Gratiot, died Friday, April 23, 2021.

He was born August 9, 1939 in Deckerville to the late Louis and Blanche Trudell.

Edward served in the United States Army and served in Germany. He worked for Chrysler for over 30 years before his retirement. He was an animal lover and enjoyed sports, especially the Detroit Lions and Tigers, fishing, boating and going to auctions.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sandra; daughters, Donna Ross-Reynolds and Debbie Sipes; grandchildren, Tom Ross III, Jennifer Ross, Amber Ward and Cody Reynolds; great grandchildren, Brent Sparr, Booklyn Ross and Mackenzie Ward; sister, Maryann Reynolds; brother, Tom LaPine; several nieces and nephews, including Mike and Mark Reynolds and Shane LaPine; and sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Tim Wiegand. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Louis Trudell and Don LaPine.

Private graveside services will be held at Mt. Hope Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Blue Water Humane Society.
