Nancy A McTaggart

Nancy A. McTaggart, 81, of Port Huron, died Friday, April 23, 2021.

She was born November 28, 1939 in Port Huron to the late Claude and Margaret Irvine. She married Gerald “Jake” McTaggart, who died February 8, 1990.

Nancy graduated from Port Huron Area Schools and enjoyed playing bingo, painting and working in her yard. She was an avid Detroit Tigers fan and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by four children, Jerry (Wenda) McTaggart, Fred (Rhonda) McTaggart, Randy Cameron and Melody Moutoux (Bobby Maddox); two grandchildren, Freddy McTaggart and Danielle McTaggart; a great grandson, Shawn McTaggart; three siblings, Allan Irvine, Douglas White and Kathleen Maurer; and many other extended family.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2021 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. A limited number of people will be allowed in at a time. Please wear a mask for the safety and comfort of others.

Private family burial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday in Lakeside Cemetery.
