Gregory Kovach, Jr.

Gregory Paul Kovach Jr., 52, of Port Huron, MI, died Monday September 6, 2021.

He was born September 13, 1968 to the late Bonnie Westbrook Kovach and the late Gregory Kovach Sr.

Gregory adored his family and loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He spent a lot of his time in Port Huron with a coffee in hand down by the Blue Water Bridge. When there, he liked to listen to rock music, especially Def Leppard. He also liked to watch the boats go by while talking on the phone with his loved ones about the words of God or the joys of a long cruise after washing his 1988 Ford Mustang. In the winter months, he would spend his time in Arizona playing golf with his father. He had an amazing laugh and a wonderful spirit. He will be very missed.

He is survived by his brother, Brian Kovach (Julie Kovach); his three children, Carissa Cameron, Ryan Kovach (Jordan Hagedon), and Shauna Kovach; as well as three grandchildren and Christine Cameron.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in St. Edward on the Lake Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 9:30am. The Reverend Lee Acervo will officiate.

Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Port Huron.
