Marjorie Anglebrandt

Marjorie Marie Anglebrandt, 95, of Fort Gratiot Township, died Tuesday, February 15, 2022.

She was born November 23, 1926 in Port Huron to the late Clayton and Ella Mae Toles. She married Eugene H. Anglebrandt Sr. on November 7, 1942 in Port Huron. He died October 7, 1991.

Marjorie retired from Michigan Bell Telephone Company after many years. She was a long-time member of Faith Lutheran Church. She volunteered at Port Huron Hospital and the Lake Placid Florida Chamber of Commerce. Marjorie loved dancing with her husband Eugene, playing euchre, bowling and looking forward to margarita Friday’s with her family.

She is survived by her children, Donna (Harold) Glenn, Eugene (Kaye) Anglebrandt Jr., Russell (Charlene) Anglebrandt, John (Donna) Anglebrandt, Wendy Parent (Bob Scharnweber) and Suzanne Glenn; sister-in-law, Barbara Anglebrandt; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Gaylord Anglebrandt; and daughter, Cindy Scheffler.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 am, June 25th, 2022 at Faith Lutheran Church. The Reverend Mark Huff will officiate.

Burial was in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
