Michael Booth

Michael Louis Booth, 78, of Port Huron Township, died Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

He was born April 30, 1943 in Port Huron to the late Louis and Treva Booth. He married Regina Pelinski on May 1, 2013 in Port Huron.

Michael was a graduate of Port Huron High School. He was a retired Master Plumber from Plumbers Union Local 98 and the State of Michigan. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Regina; sons, Michael L. Booth Jr. and Robert D. Booth (Darla Chattick); step-sons, Bill (Kristine) Pelinski and Brian (Monika) Pelinski; step-daughter, Erica (Sean) Naquin; grandchildren, Trevor M. Booth, Ian R. Booth, Ella Pelinski and Irene Naquin; sisters, Marilyn (David) Epps and Lori Mehler; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann Johnsick Booth,

Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2022 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. The Reverend Eric Miller of Gratiot Park Methodist Church will officiate.

Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Port Huron. Pallbearers will be Michael Booth Jr., Robert Booth, Robert Plant, David Epps, Dylan Mehler and Joseph Johnsick.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
