Linda J Fretenborough

Linda Jo Fretenborough, 76, of Fort Gratiot Township, died Thursday, March 31, 2022.

She was born May 10, 1945 in Port Huron to the late Myron and Florence Badgerow. She married Russell P. Fretenborough on June 22, 1963 in Port Huron.

Linda was a 1963 graduate of Port Huron High School. She was formerly employed with Spike and McMillan Furniture. Linda loved to travel, enjoyed bowling and was a member of Holy Redeemer Lutheran Church. Her faith was very important to her, along with spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Russell; son, Don (Elizabeth) Fretenborough; daughters, Deborah (Douglas) Snowden and Karrie (Donald) Lane; nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and sister, Judith Charles. She was preceded in death by her great granddaughter, Aria Lane; and sister, Nancy McVicker.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022 in Holy Redeemer Lutheran Church with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Aaron Duve will officiate.
