She was born April 19, 1932 in Kenockee Twp. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
Rose is survived by several cousins.
She is preceded in death by her sister Kathleen Couzens, mother Mary Cousins and uncle Frank M. Healy.
Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Rev. H. Thomas Kuehnemund will officiate. Burial will be in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
