Dixie L Jaquette

Dixie Lee Jaquette, 85, of Port Huron, died Thursday, March 30, 2023.

She was born November 15, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Enos and Evelyn Berry.

Dixie attended Mott Community College where she studied art. She enjoyed spending time by the water and watching the freighters. Dixie volunteered all her life in various organizations and activities. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her children were her number one priority in life.

She is survived by her children, Todd Jaquette, Tracie Goniwicha and Kim Jaquette; grandchildren, Dave Jaquette, Kevin Goniwicha and Tiffini Hultgren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Darrell Berry; and sister, Jerry Falls.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 3, 2023 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Pastor William Davis will officiate.

Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 in Pine Lake Cemetery, West Bloomfield Township.
