Nancy L Diaz

Nancy Louise Diaz, 79, of Port Huron, died Thursday, March 30, 2023.

She was born September 14, 1943 in Port Huron to the late Kenneth and Harriet Hall. She married John F. Diaz in 1962 in Port Huron.

Nancy was employed at United Technology Automotive for eighteen years and then did daycare for several years. She loved attending softball games, going to Bingo, bowling and her daily game of Rummy with her husband.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John; six children, Debra (Mark) Alexander, Dawn Diaz (Roger Hadrich), Denise Diaz (Chad Albrecht), John (Jackie) Diaz Jr., Doreen Melvin and Nicole Diaz (James LaVere); many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; sister, Barbara Velez; and two brothers, Timothy (Debra) Hall and Andrew Hall. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Darlene Diaz; and two brothers, Thomas and Daniel Hall.

Following Nancy’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

Inurnment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
