Ilene E Bular

Ilene E. Bular, 86, of Carsonville, formerly of North Street, died Thursday, May 4, 2023.

She was born August 2, 1936 in Detroit to the late Edmund and Emma Buch. She married Anthony “Tony” Bular on November 14, 1959 in Marysville. He died May 13, 1994 after 34 years of marriage.

Ilene is survived by four children, Tony E. Bular, Colleen M. Bular, Steven P. Bular and Scott M. (Brenda) Bular; six grandchildren, Megan (Brad) Somervell, Stephanie (Alex) Bernard, Aaron Bular, Nichole (Mike) Lubinski, Garrett Bular and Sarah Bular; two great grandchildren, Evelyn Bernard and Connor Lubinski; sister, Deanna (Paul) Gombos; and brother, Edward Buch. She was preceded in death by her sister, Bernice Putze.

Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday, May 7, 2023 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 8, 2023 in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Emmett with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. The Reverend H. Thomas Kuehnemund will officiate.

Burial will be in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Emmett. Pallbearers will be Garrett and Aaron Bular, Brad Somervell, Mike Lubinski, Alex Bernard and Carl Rich.
