Beverly J Fleury

Beverly June Fleury, 82, of Port Huron, died Wednesday, August 30, 2023.

She was born August 29, 1941 in Marysville to the late Charles and Isabelle Black.

She married Dennis R. Fleury on April 26, 1975 in First Congregational Church. He preceded her in death on May 14, 2021 after 46 years of marriage.

Beverly was a graduate of Marysville High School. She loved hockey, bowling, camping and traveling. She enjoyed crocheting and cross-stitching. She was a member of Holy Trinity Parish St. Stephen Catholic Church. She loved her family very much, including the many children she and Dennis fostered, two of whom they adopted.

She is survived by six children, Cheryl Hall, Mary Ann (Brian) Kendzierski, Charles Fleury, Kimberly Fleury, Roger (Gina) Fleury, and Kevin R. (Mary-Beth) Fleury; 22 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Gary Louks and Jeffry D. Fleury; and brother, Dale Black.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 7, 2023 in Holy Trinity Parish St. Stephen Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend Bradley Forintos will officiate.

Burial will be in Mt. Hope Catholic Cemetery, Port Huron.
