Lori L Gersten

Lori Lynn Gersten, 58, of Fort Gratiot Township, died Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

She was born November 5, 1965 in Port Huron to the late Keith and Ernestine Gersten.

Lori was our special angel. She loved her family, animals and music (especially Christmas music). She also enjoyed word searches, swimming, and boating. In her younger years she loved going to the ARC and the freedom of riding her bike around the block.

She is survived by her sister, Sherry (David) Hunt; sister-in-law, Mary Gersten; nephews, David (Jennifer) Hunt and Jamie Hunt; niece, Jennifer, (Frank) Ruttman; great nieces and great nephews, Alexis Hunt, Alacia Hunt, James Hunt, Gracie Mae Ruttman and Thomas Ruttman; aunt, MaryLou Bartrow; and cousins, Richard (Judy) Ferguson and Robert (Cathy) Ferguson. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lenore Vincent and Alice Bartrow; brother, Randy Gersten; and uncle, Wayne Bartrow.

Private graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron. Elder David Giles will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to Medilodge of Port Huron for their Memory Ward.
