Nancy J Golden

Nancy Jean Golden, 72, of Fort Gratiot, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024 in Port Huron, Michigan.

She was born on July 14, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan. Nancy lived a life rich in experience and relationships and enjoyed the company of many warm and wonderful friends...including her beloved "Lunch Bunch". She was a graduate of Port Huron Catholic High School in 1970 and continued her studies at Michigan State University where she earned a degree in business administration.

Nancy was a very giving person and "baker extraordinaire"! Her many nieces and nephews waited anxiously each birthday, holiday and special event for a tasty batch of sweets from their beloved Aunt Nancy! Her laughter and love will be greatly missed.

She was a loving daughter to Thomas and Lois Golden; sister to Kathleen Hall, Susan Kinney and Neil (Marnie) Golden; aunt and great aunt to many including Kari Hall (Will Kneip) with children Eloise, Ivy and Emme Hall-Kneip, Chris (Katy) Hall with children James, Lura and Ada Hall, Karley (Henry) Pletscher with children, Leighton and Silas Pletscher, Michelle Kinney with son Chase Kinney, Jackie (Scott) Jamison with children, Kayla and Logan Jamison, Tricia Kinney, Katie (Steve) Wethor with children, Alex and Theo Wethor, Kevin Golden (Jeffrey McHale) and son, Hal Golden-McHale, Maureen (Loren) Schneider with children Sam, Lila and Maisie Schneider.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Shaun Laurain will officiate.

Inurnment will be in Lakeside Cemetery Columbarium, Port Huron.
