Stephen P Sullivan

September 7th, 1966 to May 6th, 2025

Stephen P. Sullivan, 58, of Clyde Township, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.

He was born September 7, 1966 in Port Huron, the beloved only son of Philip and Marilyn Sullivan.

Stephen graduated from Port Huron Northern High School in 1984 and then attended Ferris State University. He went on to become a Master Plumber, working alongside his father in their locally family owned and operated business, Piper Inc.

Stephen was a dedicated and hardworking man who took great pride in his craft. He loved tackling plumbing challenges and always had a home improvement project underway. But if you knew Stephen, you knew he also believed in enjoying life and often said, “You can never predict a good time,” turning even the simplest days into spontaneous adventures. He cherished warm-weather vacations, summers by the pool at "the compound," and time spent with family and friends, especially while joking around or competing over control of the Bluetooth speaker.

Stephen’s proudest role was being a devoted father to his three daughters. One of his favorite sayings was, “I have three daughters-you can’t scare me.” His legacy lives on through Alyssa Sullivan (Robert Ball), Carly (Cory) Dubrish, and Rachel Sullivan (Adean Gopala-Foster), who continue to carry his spirit forward.

He is also survived by his mother, Marilyn Sullivan; and extended family including, Greg Perry, Carol Ann Young, Ann and Curt Tallmadge, Timothy Sullivan III, Nancy (Wayne) Curtis and Dennis Bowen.

He will be remembered for his warmth, wit, and unwavering love for his family.

In accordance with his family’s wishes, no formal service will be held at this time.
