Gregory O Farley

Gregory Olen Farley, 76, of Fort Gratiot, died Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

He was born January 29, 1949 in Toledo, Ohio to Jack and the late Fern Farley. He married Nan Koerber on September 9, 1984 in Los Angeles, California.

Greg was employed as the business manager for X-Ray Associates of Port Huron for many years prior to his retirement. He was active in the community and involved in numerous organizations including the Port Huron Chamber of Commerce, Radiology Business Managers Association, The Jaycees, Visiting Nurse Association, American Cancer Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters. He was a member of Port Huron Golf Club and enjoyed participating in the Elks Invitational.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Nan Farley; son, Gregory M. Farley; father, Jack Farley; siblings, Pamela D’Amato, Melanie Prala, Amanda (Tom) Caldwell, Brett (Cherri) Farley and Molly (Doug) Leader; brother-in-law, Rick Hawley; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Martha Koerber; brothers-in-law, Tim (Sue) Koerber and Art (Robin) Koerber; and sisters-in-law, Joan (Ken) Wood and Mo (John) Bringard. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Jeffrey, Matthew and Kevin Farley and Melinda Hawley; and brothers-in-law, Bob D’Amato and Dave Prala; and sisters-in-law, Mary Koerber and Kitty Healey.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026 in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Tom Caldwell will officiate.
